Autumn Changes
The leaves start to change color, the days get a little shorter, and the smell of pumpkin spice fills the air. Fall has arrived and that means your hair needs a little switch up from your summer routine.
Dryer cooler air makes hydrating products and absolute must. Moisturizing will prevent unwanted breakage and keep your hair soft and smooth. Make sure to rinse out your conditioner with cool water. Much like how cool water helps to close the pores on your skin, it seals in your conditioner. Dry hair is unhealthy and uncomfortable, don’t be the person scratching their head through your favorite hoodie, beanie, or scarf.
Don’t Fall for it
Fall changes the color of the leaves, the color of the fashion, but it shouldn’t drastically change the color of your hair. It’s not a good idea to go from platinum blonde to a deep dark red or brown just because of the season. That drastic of a color change can damage your hair. Don’t do long term damage to your hair for a short-term trend. Work with the style and color that works best for you and make you feel like you can handle any change in the season.
